Our Story

Thanks to everyone who followed our trip and supported us leading up to it and throughout.

We’re back home in Brooklyn now and will continue the blog with quirky bike related stories and news that grab our attention.

This site doubled as a chronicling of both the wedding and honeymoon of Brett Cleaver and Edie Perkins.

The Wedding, referred to as Act I took place on August 14th, 2010 in Sugar Hill, NH.

Edie’s family has been going to Sugar Hill, NH for generations and has great meaning to her and her family.  The location has similarities to that of where Brett grew up, making it an ideal spot for their marriage.

The Honeymoon, referred to as Act II took place across the continental United States, starting on the West Coast and finishing at their home in Brooklyn, NY.

The pair are both cycling enthusiasts.  Hence, the cycling helmets in their logo and the name of this site.

They shared their first kiss with their helmets on and thus sparked the entire relationship.

We invite you to be a part of these chapters in their lives.

    Hi Edie,

Nice bikes and nice colors. Why aren’t the forks curved? Please show more photos when the bikes are assembled. I am especially interested in your choice of racks and handle bars.

    Best Regards, Richard
